Material selection for metal shutters

Aluminum: HY can recommend shutters of different materials according to different application scenarios of customers. Aluminum window shutters can be used in most scenarios. Lightweight materials are easy to install and transport. Good chemical stability can resist corrosion in natural environment and prolong service life. Aluminum materials have good processing performance. High processing efficiency means lower costs. The surface can be anodized, sprayed or fluorocarbon treated. It is beautiful and highly adaptable to changing climates.

Stainless steel: Stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance and is suitable for industrial pollution areas such as high humidity, coastal areas or industrial plants. Although the cost of aluminum is lower than that of steel shutters, the service life of steel shutters is longer.

Galvanized steel plate: If there are extreme climates or chemical conditions, galvanized steel plates with higher strength can be used, but the surface needs to be sprayed to prevent rust. Basically, only industrial buildings will choose galvanized steel plates.
